Overview

This cultural tour with Thaji Lanka Tours is centered around Sri Lanka’s historical significance. The journey begins in the Cultural Triangle, covering key UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, and the Dambulla Cave Temple. You will also have the opportunity to climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress.

Following the historical sites, you will travel to Kandy to visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. The tour includes a stop at a spice garden and a local tea plantation to show the agricultural side of the island.

Towards the end of the trip, you will head south to explore the Galle Fort, an old Dutch coastal settlement. We have organized guided walking tours to give you a comprehensive overview of each location’s history before you return to Colombo for your departure.
